Leslie Hansen is a seasoned real estate professional with over 20 years of experience in the industry. She began her career in property management, overseeing a diverse portfolio of condos, multi-family units, and commercial buildings. In 2014, Leslie earned her real estate license to expand her expertise and excel in property management, where she managed new construction, vacant lots, luxury multi-family properties, and commercial spaces across the United States.

Seeking greater flexibility in her career, Leslie transitioned in 2019 to become a transaction coordinator, allowing her to spend more time at home while still focusing on assisting buyers and sellers in Southeastern Wisconsin, particularly in Washington and Ozaukee counties. She specializes in residential properties, condos, land, and commercial real estate.

In 2024, Leslie launched Hooked on Real Estate Transactions, a business designed to assist other agents throughout the transaction process, from start to closing. Her commitment to smooth, efficient closings has only grown stronger, culminating in the achievement of her broker's license in 2025.
