25 years ago, I started with Federated Real Estate, they focused on marketing, advertising and the highest level of customer service - I was able to use my degree in Marketing and Advertising to help clients sell quickly and at the best price in smooth transactions.  

In addition to selling luxury and lake homes, and working with developers on condominium projects, working with buyers was an important aspect of my business.  I hosted First Time Buyer's seminars, guiding them through the purchase process and working with them in finding grants and loans that made a first home purchase possible.
